香港及澳門運送 (送貨上門、自提點及智能櫃自取服務)

訂單滿HK$600可享免費送貨。

訂單少於HK$600運費HK$60，偏遠地區另加費。

Ikolab 不會承擔訂單的任何關稅及稅款。送貨期間或發貨後收取的所有費用均由客戶負責(關稅、稅費等)。

訂單處理時間

Ikolab 會在 1 – 2 個工作日內處理訂單。而周日或公眾假期不會安排發貨。

訂單追蹤

一旦您的訂單已發貨，您將收到一封包含追蹤號碼的確認電郵。追蹤號碼將會在 24 小時內啟動。

換貨及退貨

香港及澳門訂單

Hong Kong & Macao Shipping (Home Delivery, Smart Locker and Store Pick Up)

Free shipping for orders of HK$600 or more.

Orders below HK$600 incur a HK$60 shipping fee, with extra charges for remote areas.

Ikolab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All orders at Ikolab are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
